What I Hope You Remember

You didn’t sell yourself short because you aren’t deserving. You sold yourself short based on the worth you were told you held.

Because dear one you were sleeping. And when you woke from your slumber and began to rub the sleep from your eyes, you began to see clearer the status of your worth. And the perfection you are and always were.

You began to remember what everyone hoped you would forget.

That even the strongest have to rise to their stature. We are all born in fetal position and unfurl as time progresses.

You unwind your beautiful mind more and more everyday. You open your beautiful eyes wider and wider. As you can see more you can ask for and receive more. As you see your own strength and worth you will require more to feed your great strength. You will require more to meet your standards.

You never sold yourself short. You sold yourself for exactly what you believed you deserved. And now that is changing. Now that is growing. As you take your own worth into your hands and set for yourself how you need to be treated.

You do not always have to give to receive. You do not have to produce to be filled by another. You do not have to provide to be provided for. You can do these things because you want to, but never anymore because you feel you need to. Give from the heart of openness and love. Not from fear and requirement for approval.

Bring yourself, as you are. Cry your humbled grief filled cries and I will hold space. Show your passioned and frustrated anger, I will hold space for that too. You don’t own anyone anything in return.

Let me help take care of you when you aren’t able to access that strength and I will remind you of your power.

Allow others to tenderly examine your wounds, you don’t need to bandage them to be worthy of love and admiration.

You aren’t broken or weak or missing any pieces. You are just remembering who you are/what your value is : as you are. and mourning the person who you allowed to believe deserved anything less than divine respect and to be upheld for the purest version of yourself.

As you are. As you are. As you are.
